Get Up & Go subscription promotion with APT members

1. Entries starts February 15, 2012 and can be made via email subscribe@getupandgo.net.au or by completing the subscription form via Get Up & Go website www.getupandgo.net.au. Please ensure to quote promotional code - APT50.
    
2. The Promoter requires the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion and registering the entrant for the Get Up & Go monthly e-newsletter. The entrant may contact the Promoter to seek access to information it holds about the entrant. More information can be obtained by viewing the Promoter's Privacy Policy at www.btp.net.au.
    
3. The entrant will be placed in the draw to win an iPad 2 (valued at $850).
    
4. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
    
5. The prize is available only to residents of Australia with exception of South Australia.
    
6. The closing date for entries is 5.00pm on April 30, 2012. The main prize winner will be drawn at random from the total pool of entrants. The Promoter's decisions concerning any aspect of this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
7. The draw will take place at 12pm AEST on May 7, 2012 at the offices of Business and Tourism Publishing, Level 4, 189 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW. The prize will be available for collection or delivery from the draw date. The winner will be notified by e-mail and phone on May 8, 2012 and will be published in the Winter edition of  Get Up & Go magazine.
    
8. The unclaimed prize will be kept for 3 months after the winner is drawn. If unclaimed after that time another winner will be drawn. The re-draw date will be on August 7, 2012 at 12:00pm at the offices of Business and Tourism Publishing (ABN 34 091 479 720), Level 4, 189 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW. The new winner will be notified of how to collect their prize within 7 days of the competition draw date, and BT Publishing will make reasonable attempts to contact the prize winner by phone and in writing.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond BT Publishing’s control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, BT Publishing reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. BT Publishing may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
