RSVP is a stylish showcase of the top industry suppliers including venues, caterers, entertainment companies, event decorators, party planners, event managers, production, sound, lighting companies, hire companies, corporate days out, florists, and much more.

With the events industry becoming increasingly competitive, RSVP has been developed to cater for the specific needs of this dynamic industry, making it a must attend event for corporate event managers.

RSVP has been successfully running for six years in the UK and for two years in Sydney. Next year will see the launch of RSVP Melbourne, which will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre on May 9 and 10, a couple of months before the Sydney show, on July 17 and 18 at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre.

More than 4700 corporate event managers attended the two-day event held in Sydney in July this year – an encouraging 30 per cent increase on last year. More than 50 per cent of visitors had an annual company event budget of in excess of $250,000, with 35 per cent having an annual event spend exceeding $500,000.

Here’s what exhibitors at RSVP 06 in Sydney had to say:

“Once again, RSVP has proved to be an invaluable marketing activity for us. It provides the perfect platform for us to showcase our business to a relevant target market in a professional environment.” – Jane Hillsdon, Lishas Catering.

“RSVP provided us with a great number of corporate leads. The overall event was way above my expectations. Excellent atmosphere, energy and vibe. Definitely attending next year.” – Shannon Bailey, Sydney Attractions Group.

“Anyone wanting to host an event is attending RSVP, and the quality leads surpass those gained at any other trade show in Sydney.” – Sally Wheat, Lowenbrau Keller & Argyle Events & Catering.

And RSVP visitors:

“Everything for your event under the one roof!” – Kendell Townsend, KPMG.

“I never imagined that a trade show could be so much fun!” – Josie Gruber, Australian Dental Association NSW.

“By far the most useful show I have ever attended.” – Jacinta Mann, Australian Events Corporation.

“RSVP 06 was WOW. Overwhelming and so exciting!” – Joanne Guidaci, PricewaterhouseCoopers.
