What did you want to be when you grew up: A quote from my kindergarten profile - “single and a dressmaker”. Thank goodness neither aspiration came to fruition! Your first job: serving doughnuts in a fast food outlet. Your first pay packet: I think they paid in doughnuts – my waistline never recovered. Your first break: Commercial marketing co-ordinator at The (then) Rocks Visitor Centre – thanks Jane! Describe your current role: Responsible for Dreamtime, co-operative marketing programs including remodelling of Team Australia, as well as communication with stakeholders. The best part of your job: Applying everything SCVB members and the Sydney Convention & Visitors Bureau have taught me on a national level. The worst: The Lindt Cafe is within walking distance of the office. Who has inspired you: Ann Sherry AO. She was an inspirational part of my university studies and continues to amaze me. Your best quality: Full blooded Hungarian passion. Your worst quality: I’m relentless. If success is in my sights… I’ll just keep on going until I can get it - ask any SCVB member! Your best achievement: It’s yet to come...
Your likes about the MICE industries: The people. We work with a drive and passion that is hard to find in other sectors. No matter where you turn, there are people to learn from and experiences that develop us.
