Level 17 of the RACV Club sets the scene for a truly unforgettable event. This pillarless, multi-configurable space caters for up to 500 guests theatre style and features high ceilings, an abundance of natural light, spacious foyer, lounge area and an impressive outdoor terrace with magnificent views across Melbourne and Port Phillip Bay.
On Level 2 there are six multi-purpose meeting rooms, with capacities for up to 180 guests. The meeting rooms feature natural light, break-out areas and the option of an outdoor terrace. In addition to these facilities, is a 31 seat private theatrette and a wine cellar that offers a truly unique private dining experience for up to 20 people.
In 2008 the RACV Club will complement its already impressive suite of conference and events options with two stunning new additions – The President’s Room and The Conservatory, both located on Level 1.
With leather lined walls, chandeliers and purpose built furnishings, the opulent surrounds of The President’s Room will take private dining for up to 70 people to a new level of luxury. Traditionally styled with an abundance of natural light and greenery, The Conservatory will offer a stylish and refreshing alternative for corporate breakfasts, dinners and weddings. With a larger capacity of 140 banquet-style this stunning function space is set to require little, if any decoration or theming, to impress.
In the instance theming is required then RACV Club’s onsite staging and audio visual specialists, Staging Connections, are available to assist.
