The Osaka hotel will have 160 guestrooms and suites each with Kawashima silk wall coverings and Kyoto silk bedding. There are also two restaurants and a bar, fitness gym and spa, business centre, and 622 square feet of meeting and event space. It also plans to offer a luxury wedding venue at its rooftop garden.

"Occupying the top 16 floors of the ICC tower in Hong Kong is a truly unique location for a hotel, offering panoramic views across Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island.”

The hotel will offer 312 guest rooms, from 50sqm for a Deluxe Room to 365sqm for the Ritz-Carlton Suite. It will have six dining venues starting on the 102nd floor, including Chinese and Italian restaurants, a lobby lounge, an alfresco rooftop bar at 490m above sea level, and a roof terrace with fire pits and casual seating.
