WHAT YOU DID:
Designed and planned the car launch for the new Ford Focus, including arrival entertainment, welcome cocktails and canapes, dinner entertainment, audio-visual, plated three course meal and the reveal of the car.
Guests enjoyed the ambience of The Harbour Lounge and Harbour Terrace whilst they were served cocktails and canapés prior to the main part of the evening, the car reveal and dinner.
Guests were then invited into The Pearl to be seated for dinner. They were amazed to see a vehicle on a large stage in the middle of the room! None could work out how it got in or how it would get out, adding to the special occasion and intrigue of the night.

SPECIAL TOUCHES: Guests were transported by ferry to The Wharf and as they arrived at the pier, the entire venue and trees were all lit in Ford blue to create an elegant walkway with black carpet that led all the way from the ferry to the front entrance.
Because The Wharf is so technically advanced we utilised the technologies available to fly the audio, visual and lighting requirements. A Crestron wireless control panel was used to cue the lighting and sound during guest arrival, dinner, speeches and car reveal.

CHALLENGES: There were not really any challenges to be honest, even getting the car into the venue turned out to be challenge free! The venue has many power and data options hard wired in to make technical requirements simpler and The Pearl is especially constructed to allow cars and other large objects to be craned in anytime.
